Holland Pump has talented, dedicated, experienced, and loyal managers in all of our locations and also in accounts receivable, accounts payable, office administration, and branch operations. Most personnel are MSHA and OSHA trained. Our average employee has been with Holland 9 years.

Holland Pump Mfg is a factory trained/ warranty certified OEM manufacturer for many suppliers including John Deere, Perkins, Hatz, Mitsubishi, Denison, Vickers, Cornell, Selwood Pumps, and Pentair Water.

Thomas Vossman – CEO

Mr. Vossman became the new CEO of Holland Pump Company in 2021.  His focus is to grow and execute the vision of becoming the super-regional pump manufacturing, pump rental, and service company. Tom’s previous experience includes Chairman of the Board of Holland Pump Company, CEO of Newterra, President, Infrastructure Solutions division for Aegion Corp., and COO of Insituform, among others.

 

Win Blodgett – President

Mr. Blodgett holds a BA from Evergreen State College and an MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. As a 35-year veteran in the construction industry, he has served as a journeyman, an estimator and a general contractor.  Mr. Blodgett joined Holland Pump in 1999 and has served in several roles, including purchasing manager and president of manufacturing. He was appointed president of rental operations in 2007 and completed the acquisition of Holland Pump in 2016. Mr. Blodgett and wife, Shelley have four kids and enjoy the beach, tennis, biking, and sailing. Mr. Blodgett also has served as senior warden for Saint David’s-in-the-Pines Church and treasurer of Live Arts Florida which he founded in 2009.

Keno Cox – CFO

Mr. Cox previously served as corporate controller for 13-years at Neff Corporation, which was publicly traded and the 10th largest equipment rental company in the United States with 70 locations, prior to being acquired by United Rentals.  Prior to his role with Neff, he served as manager of financial planning and analysis for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and manager of revenue for Celebrity Cruise Line, and, before that, he was an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers.  Mr. Cox provides a diverse financial background and has extensive experience in strategic planning, enterprise accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cox holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business Management.  Mr. Cox enjoys traveling with his family and friends.

Jarrod WilliamsonSVP, Sales & Rental Division

Mr. Williamson holds a Bachelors of Science in Communications from East Carolina University.  He has held numerous Sales Management and Leadership roles in the rental industry within the Water and Wastewater sector.  Jarrod provides a broad leadership background with over 20 years of experience in team building, exceeding client expectations, and delivering positive results.  Jarrod and his wife, Cassie, are the proud parents of one daughter and enjoy traveling in warm climates and spending time at any event related to East Carolina athletics.

Brian Kieley – SVP, Operations – Support & WPB Branch Manager

A 36-year veteran of Holland Pump, Mr. Kieley started as a delivery man and worked in positions of progressive responsibility and was appointed service manager in 1999. After several successful years of tremendous growth, Mr. Kieley was appointed branch manager in 2005. He is an avid mechanic that enjoys Buick cars and fast boats. Mr. Kieley and wife, Colleen love visiting Disney World and sampling microbrews.

Patrick Sweeney – VP, Health, Safety & Risk Management

A graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Sweeney is a 34-year veteran of Holland Pump, where he started as the purchasing and materials manager. He held positions of progressive responsibility and was appointed vice president in 1992 and treasurer in 1999. In 2015, Mr. Sweeney was appointed vice president of health & safety. As a proud father of two, Mr. Sweeney loves golf, traveling, and Florida Gator football.

Wade Norris – VP, Manufacturing Division

A 29-year veteran of Holland Pump, Mr. Norris started as a yard man, executed deliveries and rental set-ups, and became the lead pump-head repair technician in 1995. As Holland’s resident pump-head specialist, he also doubled as the primary painter for manufacturing. Mr. Norris was appointed service manager in 2005, central repair manager in 2012, and was appointed vice president of manufacturing in 2018. During his free time, Mr. Norris enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his family.

Gary Beling – VP, Corporate Development

Mr. Beling is a seasoned,  Miami-based former investment banker with over 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience at Credit Suisse, Société Générale, UBS, and Mizuho Securities, respectively.  Mr. Beling joined the Holland Pump Team in 2022 as Vice President, Corporate Development, to lead acquisitions, facilitate post-acquisition integration, and help develop the Company’s 3-year strategic plan.   Mr. Beling is a magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University.
