SAYING GOODBYE TO ONE OF OUR OWN, MIKE CRESSMAN

Holland Pump Company is said to share the news that Pump Consultant, Mike Cressman passed away 4/26/22 at the age of 65. Mike grew up in Tennessee where he played hockey and baseball from little league through high school. He also played tennis and was on the high school, state championship winning team. Mike was accepted to both the Airforce Academy and the Naval Academy but chose to attend the University of Tennessee as Aeronautical Engineering major. Mike became an avid pilot and enthusiastic guitarist. Mike worked for over a decade in the mining and well drilling industries. He began his career with Holland Pump in 1990 serving 31 years. During his tenure Mike became the most experienced pump man in SW Florida and worked on hundreds of projects. Mike had a slow and deliberate manner of speaking and chose his words carefully. Because of his mechanical ability, general field competence, knowledge of pump theory, Mike inspired confidence as he and the team that he led had the ability to keep pumps running 24/7 for months at a time and help customers Finish Faster! He was very dedicated to his projects and counted many customers as friends. We are proud of the work that the Fort Myers team accomplished over the last 30 years and we all will miss Mike. Mike leaves behind his wife, Sharon, his daughter, Jessie, his stepson, Jimmy, his mom, Anne Cressman, and his sister Christi.

To Mike’s family and friends, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
